- European countries: 2 ~ 7 working days
- America: 4 ~ 7 working days
- Middle East: 4 ~ 7 working days
- Asia & rest of the world: 4 ~ 14 working days
IMEMOI shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of IMEMOI.
We remind first-time Customers that IMEMOI will request PayPal to contact the Customer’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement. In all cases, IMEMOI reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.
Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
Successful shipment delivery
Upon delivery of every order, Customers are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. IMEMOI packages are carefully sealed in a box with tape around the sides of the box. If for any reason the box looks tampered, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact info@imemoi.com If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Customer (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the IMEMOI commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Customers expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
IMEMOI also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.
