The items sold on www.imemoi.com are exclusively conceived, crafted and distributed directly by IMEMOI PARIS di MARGHERITA PENNA, hereto briefly called ‘The Seller’ or ‘IMEMOI’.
IMEMOI is the trading name registered by IMEMOI di MARGHERITA PENNA. Any unapproved use of the registered logo, symbol or name may be legally prosecutable. IMEMOI is the owner of the website www.imemoi.com and its contents. Reproduction, modification, transmission, republication and/or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from IMEMOI.
About these Terms & Conditions
IMEMOI sells its products in accordance with the following terms and conditions. IMEMOI invites everyone who is interested into buying on www.imemoi.com, hereto briefly called ‘Customer’, to read carefully the following terms and conditions before placing any orders. We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after the ‘Customer’ have placed an order will not apply to that order or any resulting contract, unless IMEMOI are required to make the change by law, in which case such changed term will apply to the order or resulting contract to that extent.
Eligibility to purchase
The products on sale on the website IMEMOI are destined to an individual as defined as ‘Customer’ or ‘Customers’. By “Customer” or ‘Customers’, IMEMOI intends person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at IMEMOI. To place orders at www.imemoi.com ‘Customer’ must: - Be an individual as defined as a Customer
- Be 18 years or older
- Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts
- Have a valid e-mail address
- Have a valid Credit Card or a Verified Paypal Account or a Bank account
‘Customer’ will be required to confirm to be the person referred to in the payment details provided
Payment
IMEMOI accepts the following methods of payment:
Credit card: When Customers place orders online, Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Stripe which accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. IMEMOI Customers are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed following the payment provider official instructions. If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for available merchandise.
PayPal: IMEMOI welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts.
First-Time Customer: For Credit Card and PayPal payments IMEMOI can contact the Customer’s bank for approval of the charges or to double check the account information with PayPal. This verification process will delay immediate ping.
Price and currency
Published prices and final invoices are in Euro. Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions. IMEMOI encourages Customers to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction. Shipment costs depend on country of goods destination.
Availability
Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. Once the order is processed IMEMOI reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Customer’s record. Customers will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Customer’s request.
In the event that an ordered product proves to be unavailable for reasons beyond the control of IMEMOI, the customer will be notified by e-mail. The order will be cancelled and no bank debit will be made or the order will be refunded. IMEMOI reserves the right to offer the customer a replacement product, of the same price and quality.
Processing orders
IMEMOI reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Customer’s bank.
Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
IMEMOI reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.
It is at the sole discretion of IMEMOI to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.
Order Update
We remind Customers once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
4. Shipment and fess
Shipment is Free only in Italy. As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from IMEMOI are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro. Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.
Custom duties
Import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with ‘The Customer’ country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
